About The Lowe Bureau

At The Lowe Bureau LLC we have one goal, to make our clients' lives easier. We work with talented business owners and individuals who are focused on success. Steven Zelin is president of the Lowe Bureau and the primary contact for new client set-up, ongoing quality assurance and billing. He has been a CPA for over fifteen years. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Alfred University. He went on to get an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Fordham University. Steven is a Quickbooks ProAdvisor and teaches accounting courses (including Quickbooks) as an adjunct professor at Long Island University. The Lowe Bureau LLC bookkeepers are rigorously screened and trained to provide efficient and precise service, all of which is overseen by Steven. Our clients get the expertise of a business manager and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor without the cost of hiring a full-time employee.

Corinne Sigismund, bookkeeper, has over ten years' experience working with small- to mid-sized companies. Her experience includes office management and administration. Most of her clients are in creative businesses. Corinne also has a Fine Arts background, which gives her a special understanding of the needs and goals of our creative clients.

Naeem Hussain graduated from Baruch College (CUNY) with a degree in accounting. Naeem has experience providing accounting and bookkeeping services to individuals and various types of business clients, including restaurants, preschools and construction contractors.

Joseph J. Soldano, Jr., brings to The Lowe Bureau thirty-plus years of accounting, auditing, taxation, finance and business consulting experience. Joe's experience includes working for large and small public accounting firms, large and small businesses, not-for-profit organizations and government. Joe holds an M.B.A. from Pace University and an M.S. in Finance from Baruch College. He has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over 25 years and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Joe taught advanced accounting at a senior college for three years and has taught on-line tax and accounting research.

Justyna Zuchmanska, an honors graduate of St. Francis College contributes her considerable bookkeeping talents to The Lowe Bureau.

Armen Qosaj, a recent graduate of the Baruch College School of Business provides bookkeeping and is an exceptional IT asset.

Garnet Skyers is an honors graduate of Monroe College with a BBA in Accounting and a background in bookkeeping and tax preparation. He has been a Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor for over seven years and offers in-depth bookkeeping savvy and an up-to-date understanding of the QuickBooks program suite.
