About The Lowe Bureau

At The Lowe Bureau LLC we have one goal, which is to make our clients’ lives easier. We work with business owners and individuals who are talented and focused on being successful in their trade. We ensure that the organizational and financial structure of the company doesn't hinder that success, but rather enhances it by allowing our clients to concentrate on their passion. All of our work is done with straightforward transparency so our clients have the information they need when they need it. Our focus is on understanding what our clients want and then customizing the systems that will benefit them most.

Steven Zelin is the President of the Lowe Bureau and will be your primary contact for new client set-up, ongoing quality assurance, and billing. Steven has been a CPA for over 10 years and started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Steven graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Alfred University and has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Fordham University. He is a Quickbooks ProAdvisor and teaches accounting courses (including Quickbooks) as an adjunct professor at Long Island University. He continues the Lowe Bureau founder, Siobhan Lowe's, commitment to client satisfaction.

The Lowe Bureau LLC bookkeepers are rigorously screened and trained to provide efficient and precise service, all of which is directly overseen by Steven. Our clients get the expertise of a business manager and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, without the cost of hiring a full-time employee.

Bookkeeper for the Lowe Bureau, Corinne Sigismund, has over 10 years of experience working with small to mid-sized companies. Her experience includes office management and administration, as well. John Paul Garcia hails from the infamous bookkeeper breeding grounds of Jersey City, NJ where he cut his teeth balancing One-Write ledgers and MAS90 balance registers. Originally destined to be a screenwriter (after graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts) he abandoned that pipe dream in exchange for another pipe dream as an understudy to Carlos Santana. Besides working for the Lowe Bureau, John Paul is a talented guitarist skilled in many genres of music, namely Latin genres, and you can hear (and see) his playing in action at www.reverbnation.com/gruporelax. He is also available for session and gig work. His other pastimes include practicing his love of Spanish, travel, cooking and exploring different avenues in the city called Life.
